The TGE (Token Generation Event) announced by CAP has successfully concluded on Jun 26, 2026 at 17:15 (UTC+3).
CAP token sale is scheduled as an auction with a floor price. Registration and KYC run from June 1-8, followed by a Pre-Bid phase on June 8-10, a whitelist phase on June 10-11, and a public phase on June 11-17. A total of 5% of the supply is allocated to the sale program: 4.5% will be sold in the auction and 0.5% is expected to be sold later on another venue at the clearing price. The floor FDV is $75M, with no hard maximum FDV; participants may set a maximum clearing price / FDV limit for their bids. Tokens from the sale are expected to be 100% unlocked at TGE. Exact TGE date is TBA.
