Ethos is selling 2,000,000 WHUF, equal to 20% of the 10M fixed supply, through a uniform-price English auction powered by Sonar. Registration opened August 18, 2026, and bidding runs from September 1 at 13:00 UTC to September 4 at 17:00 UTC. Bids range from $0.10 to $9.90 per WHUF, implying an FDV range of $1M to $99M. Contributions use USDC on Base and the minimum bid is $100. All winning bidders pay the same clearing price; bids below it are refunded and bids exactly at the clearing price may be filled pro rata. Buyers who vouch their locked WHUF during the 30-day period and keep it continuously vouched can qualify for an 85% purchase-price guarantee for 12 months, rising to 90% if the clearing price is at least $7.50, subject to the project's KYC/AML and redemption terms.
