When selling NFTs at a fixed price, remember you can cancel the listing before a purchase, or if the NFT is transferred. To list an NFT at a fixed price, follow these steps after connecting your wallet using our connecting wallet guide:

1. Connect your wallet.
2. Click your avatar, then "My Items".
3. Choose the NFT and click "Fixed price".
4. Set price, expiration, and currency (ETH only).
5. Click "List".
6. Approve collection and confirm signature.

To purchase an NFT with a fixed price, follow these steps:

1. Open the detail page of the NFT you wish to purchase, and click the blue Buy now button displayed below the fixed price.
2. If this is your first purchase on X2Y2, a dialogue box will appear for you to accept the terms of service.
3. A confirmation dialogue box will then appear. If everything looks correct, click the Buy button to initiate payment.
4. After you confirm the payment, a Waiting for transaction banner will appear and the page will automatically refresh when the transaction is processed.
