Set in Neo Nakuza, the campaign revolves around the clash between the Based movement and conservative robotic Bouncers, with various factions like Ravers, Drummers, and Monks actively participating.

The TGE (Token Generation Event) announced by Taiko has successfully concluded on Jun 5, 2024 at 04:00 (UTC+3).

The Taiko Alpha-3 testnet rewards both proposers and provers. Top 2000 proposers receive 195 TTKO tokens, and 195 provers are similarly rewarded. Participants from previous testnets who approved a block are pre-listed to receive tokens for proposing. Others can join by setting up a node, earning tokens as provers, and then qualifying as proposers.

The Taiko mission offers participants a chance to enter a raffle to win allowlist spots for Taiko's Genesis NFT collection, "Taikoons." Participants from specific communities, including Moody Brain Loopring holders, Nouns DAO members, and others, are allocated a number of free spots for minting Taikoons. Additional paid spots are available through a raffle for those completing the mission, which involves acquiring ETH on the Base network and bridging it to Taiko. Completing the mission allows entry into the raffle but does not guarantee a win.
